Information you provide
When you use the Start Here form, we collect the information you choose to submit: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and message. We use it to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about requested services, and maintain appropriate business records.
You may also contact us directly by email. Those messages contain the information you include and are handled for the purpose of responding to you.
Client Support Portal
The current Client Support Portal uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a visitor is not an automated request. Username and password entries remain in the browser and are not submitted to, logged by, or stored by Hudson Helm. Only the Turnstile verification token is sent to the Hudson Helm verification endpoint. The current portal does not authenticate accounts or create support tickets.
Security and technical information
Our hosting and security systems may process normal technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. We use this information to deliver the site, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Server and security logs may be retained for operational, security, and legal needs.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Turnstile protects the Start Here form and Client Support Portal from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes limited browser and connection signals, such as IP address, user-agent information, TLS characteristics, the public site key, and the page origin, to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile may use cookies or similar browser mechanisms when necessary for security. It does not receive the content entered in Hudson Helm's form fields.

Email delivery
Start Here submissions are delivered to Hudson Helm through Migadu, our email service provider. The submitted information becomes part of an email and is processed and stored as needed to deliver and manage that communication. Learn more in Migadu's Privacy Policy.
Cookies and analytics
Hudson Helm does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor profiles. The site's own code does not set marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms and provide aggregated traffic or performance information as part of hosting and protecting the site.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and email, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect Hudson Helm, our customers, or others. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a prospective or existing business relationship, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and questions
You may ask about personal information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business-record purposes.
